Paris Saint-Germain would have a substantial budget to strengthen itself during this winter transfer window.
While the winter transfer window opened on January 1, Paris Saint-Germain has already formalized the arrival of young Brazilian defender Lucas Beraldo for 20 million euros. But Parisian decision-makers do not intend to stop there…
According to daily information The Team, the capital club would have an envelope of 60 million euros to recruit this winter. Le jour al does not specify, however, whether the 20 million spent on Beraldo are included in this budget.
A midfielder as a priority
A sum which would be primarily intended to recruit a midfielder. “PSG wants a player who is able to cast a wide net, with a good foot, who is also able to make an impact. And above all he wants not to make a mistake”, says the sports media. With Milan Skriniar’s injury, the arrival of an additional defender cannot also be ruled out.
Furthermore, this budget of 60 million euros could increase with potential sales. Layvin Kurzawa and Hugo Ekitike would notably be pushed towards the exit.
