Facing the Golden Lion in the Coupe de France this Saturday, Lille scored the biggest victory in its history.
THE LOSC started its year 2024 in the most beautiful way. While the 32nd final of the Coupe de France which pitted them against Golden Lion, a Martinican Regional 1 club, could seem like a trap, Paulo Fonseca’s men were merciless and quietly qualified for the 16th finals.
12 – Winner of the Golden Lion (12-0), Lille signed the greatest success in its TCC history. The Dogues also equal the largest victory by a club in the Coupe de France from the 32nd round since the post-war period (12-0 for Valenciennes v Papeete in February 1979).
