Seven months after winning yet another French championship title, Paris Saint-Germain will try to add a new trophy to their list of achievements against Toulouse during the Champions Trophy at the Parc des Princes, Wednesday January 3. But on the sidelines of this confrontation against the last winner of the Coupe de France, the team led by Luis Enrique is going out of its way to ensure the presence of Kang-In Lee and Achraf Hakimi, still far from being guaranteed at believe the information from the Parisian.

Indeed, the unusual date of the Champions Trophy complicates the task for the capital club which is trying to delay the departure of the two players, called to compete in major competitions with their respective selections in the days to come. If the presence of the Korean, summoned by Jürgen Klinsmann to compete in the African Cup of Nations, would be practically confirmed, that of one of the captains of the Atlas Lions remained uncertain, according to the regional daily. Nevertheless, PSG continues negotiations with the Moroccan selection led by Walid Regragui who will try to succeed Senegal by winning the African Cup of Nations. For now, Luis Enrique is taking his troubles patiently but should be able to count on the former Valencia player, who started in PSG’s last six matches.
