Host country of CAN 2024, Ivory Coast has unveiled its list, with a particularly well-stocked offensive sector.

The lists continue to fall. After that of Morocco or that of Cameroon, it is the list of Côte d’Ivoire which was revealed Thursday at the end of the day. The host country of CAN 2024 will be one of the favorites of the competition, and this feeling is reinforced by the quality of the squad selected by Jean-Louis Gasset.

It is the midfield and especially the attack of the Elephants which impress, with multiple possibilities for the coach. Around Sébastien Haller, Gasset will have to find the right formula.

Pépé is there, not Zaha

We find three Ligue 1 players in this list, Wilfried Singo (Monaco), Oumar Diakité (Reims) and Jérémie Boga (Nice), in addition to Yahia Fofana, the Angers goalkeeper. Many former players from the French championship are present, like Seko Fofana, Ibrahim Sangaré, Serge Aurier and Jonathan Bamba.

Note the return of Nicolas Pépé (Trabzonspor), who had not been called up for more than a year, while Wilfried Zaha (Galatasaray) is notably absent from this list.
