Chelsea managed to beat Crystal Palace (2-1) this Wednesday evening, notably with a good match from French full-back Malo Gusto.

After a series of three defeats in four matches, Chelsea recovered by painfully dominating Crystal Palace (2-1) this Wednesday evening, as part of the 19th day of the Premier League.

The Blues started this meeting perfectly, opening the scoring through Mykhailo Mudryk (13th) in an action where Malo Gusto did everything. Starting from the right with nice control oriented on the halfway line, the French full-back finished on the left after a lucky relay with Christopher Nkunku, before delivering the decisive cross for Mudryk.

After an almost perfect first period, Chelsea were surprised just before returning to the locker room, by a goal from the French youth international Michael Olise (45th). Sluggish in the second half, the Blues finally managed to win at the end of the match with a penalty obtained and converted by a player who entered the game, Noni Madueke (89th).

In the standings, Chelsea temporarily moved up to 10th place with 25 points, and still more defeats (8) than victories (7).
