Captain of the Argentina U17 team, the promising Claudio Echeverri (River Plate) is approaching Manchester City.
There was Lionel Messi, now there is Julian Alvarez. Tomorrow, Pep Guardiola will perhaps rely on another Argentine prodigy, Claudio Echeverri. The promising attacking midfielder is thus approaching Manchester City, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The English champions have made River Plate an offer of 25 million euros, which corresponds to the player’s release clause. The two clubs are now said to be discussing payment terms, but the transfer is very well underway. Echeverri, who will celebrate his 18th birthday at the beginning of January, should however remain in Argentina on loan in order to continue his progress.
