Manchester City goalkeeper Erling Haaland dressed up as Santa to give the perfect gift.

The Norwegian striker had an exceptional debut with City last season, where he was an integral part of the side’s Premier League treble-winning campaign. He has scored 52 goals in the 2022-23 season, including 36 in the Premier League. On Christmas, Haaland showed off his first Champions League trophy by dressing up as Santa Claus and sharing his wishes.

The star striker posted a photo of himself dressed as Santa and holding the Champions League trophy, writing in the caption : “Ho Ho Ho Christmas has arrived! I hope you can enjoy it with your loved ones.” City recently won their fifth title of the calendar year by beating Brazilian giants Fluminense 4-0 in the Club World Cup final. Earlier in the season, the Citizens also won the UEFA Super Cup, beating Sevilla FC.

The 23-year-old missed the Club World Cup through injury but is expected to be back in the starting XI when Guardiola’s side face Everton in the Premier League on Wednesday.
