At the age of 34, Thomas Müller has logically lost importance in recent months. Established 5 times for 12 appearances in the Bundesliga this season (1 goal and 4 assists), the German striker however has no intention of leaving… Just like the Bavarian team is still counting on his services. Bayern Munich has just announced the extension of its emblematic player for an additional season, until 2025.
“I am happy that my journey at FC Bayern will continue. I want to play my part in the success of our team and for the whole club. It’s important for me to be a pillar and help steer the team in the right direction. I want to delight our fans with goals, helping to score goals, my love of the game, my passion for football – and hopefully with many other titles”, explained the man who played 684 games with Bayern in his career, for 237 goals and 261 assists. The adventure will therefore continue!
