Transferred for more than 100 million euros last summer, Jude Bellingham wasted no time in getting everyone to agree on the Madrid side. Author of 16 goals and 5 assists in 19 matches in all competitions since the start of the season, the former Borussia Dortmund attacking midfielder now plays for the Merengues. Confident of his strength, impressive ease and regularly compared to a certain Zinedine Zidane, the English international (27 caps, 2 goals) never ceases to impress. A performance which must also make a certain Jobe proud, brother of Madrid’s number 5 and also under the radar of many European clubs.

In this context, Sport affirms, this Saturday, that Real Madrid would be determined to reunite the siblings at the Santiago Bernabéu. Currently in the colors of Sunderland, in the Championship, Jude’s younger brother, now 18 years old, continues to be supervised by the upper echelons of Casa Blanca. Arriving at the Black Cats last summer, the former Birmingham City star has already scored 4 goals and 1 assist in 20 league matches. “It’s quite a unique case at his age, he plays every Championship game and he’s not the typical young player who comes off the bench three times and gets 20 minutes, 10 minutes and 7 minutes. He plays everything”confided, in this regard, his former manager Tony Mowbray.

Jude & Jobe, the future Real Madrid duo?

Versatile, comfortable with both feet, the 1m91 right-hander represents one of the greatest promises in world football. A potential which did not fail to catch the eye of the Merengue recruiters, impressed by the physical, technical and athletic qualities of the native of Stourbridge. Aware that its value is likely to increase as the weeks go by, Real Madrid would like to take action quickly and avoid a departure to another European big name, which would necessarily complicate things. A task which will, however, not be the simplest since the current number 7 of Sunderland sees his contract run until June 2027.

In the midfield of the team coached by Mike Dodds, Jobe Bellingham confirms, in the meantime, that he has broad enough shoulders and strong enough backs to follow in his brother’s footsteps. “I know how to find space in the box. With the skills I have, I can play in different positions and I can learn more things, this is something that will benefit me in my career., recognized, as such, the English midfielder. It remains to be seen how long the Stadium of Light will be able to benefit from the prowess of its young nugget. Given the growing interest of Madrilenians, Sunderland definitely has reason to tremble…
