The National Association of Supporters (ANS) informed Friday of the decision taken by the highest French administrative court, which it had seized on Wednesday, against the action of the administration led by Minister Gérald Darmanin.
“Only a ban on collective travel of people claiming to be able to support traveling teams or behaving as such is likely to avoid all serious risks for the safety of people and property,” had for its part justified the action of the ministry.
The decrees, published in the Official Journal of December 13, also concerned Nantes-Brest and Toulouse-Rennes. And obviously, the order was maintained this Friday.
