How does the CAN take place?

There are 24 teams divided into six groups of four during the CAN. After a first group phase, direct elimination matches follow. The first two in each group, plus the four best third-placed teams, will qualify for the 1/8 finals. In the end, there are no less than 52 matches that fans will be able to watch.

What are the stages of CAN 2024?

If the opening match of the competition and the final will be held at the Alassane Ouattara stadium (Abidjan), the teams will also compete at 5 other stadiums including Paix (Bouaké), Charles-Konan-Banny (Yamoussoukro), Amadou Gon Coulibaly (Korhogo) and Laurent Pokou (San-Pédro).
