Daniel Riolo has changed his mind. Two weeks ago, the journalist from RMC Sport had cut young Bradley Barcola after his performance against Newcastle. “We’re talking about the Champions League, he can’t behave like he did! He is at Youth League level! He manages to create chances, he is all alone in front of goal but he is not likely to score! Barcola he eats five, they are bigger than us combined.” Then, he launched a challenge to the former OL player before the clash against Borussia Dortmund.
Starting yesterday at Signal Iduna Park, Barcola visibly convinced Riolo who said at the microphone of RMC Sport : “Barcola, I think he is a player with a future but who really needs to progress. I think he’s not yet completely ready for that level.” The journalist is much less virulent with the young 21-year-old player.
