Cristiano Ronaldo scored his 50th goal of the 2023 calendar year, during Al-Nassr’s victory against Al-Shabab (5-2), Monday in the King of Champions Cup.
At 38 years old, CR7 continues to make football history. He is now the only player to have reached the 50 goal mark in a calendar year eight times (from 2011 to 2017 and 2023), an absolute record.
The five-time Ballon d’Or winner has scored 40 goals for the Riyadh club since his arrival in January 2023, including 30 goals in the Saudi Pro League, 6 goals in the Arab Champion Clubs’ Cup, 3 goals in the Champions League.
