Real Madrid did not turn for their last Champions League group match and won their sixth match, in a landslide, at Union Berlin (2-3) on Tuesday evening.

Already qualified for the round of 16 of the Champions League and even assured of first place ahead of Napoli, Real Madrid fully played their last match against Union Berlin on Tuesday evening at the Olympiastadion. The Merengues completed their 6/6 by winning in a spectacular match.

After a penalty from Luka Modric repelled by the opposing goalkeeper (45th), Kevin Volland opened the scoring straight away, just before half-time (45th+1). The second half was crazy, with a double from Joselu (61st and 72nd), an equalizer from Alex Kral near the end of the match (85th). The Berliners could still snatch 3rd place from Braga.

Madrid’s winning goal was finally scored by Dani Ceballos (92nd). Unsustainable throughout the game, Jude Bellingham was unable to score but ended up being the decisive passer on Ceballos’ goal.

In the other match of the group, Napoli won 2-0 at the Maradona against Braga, thanks to an opposing csc (9th) and a goal from the African Ballon d’Or Victor Osimhen, who received his award on watches in Marrakech.
