Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has joked that he would not need to think twice about accepting an offer to Saudi Arabia if he received the same kind of contract as Spanish golfer Jon Rahm.

The Basque has agreed to join the Saudi golf circuit, leaving the PGA, for a contract worth an estimated 500 million euros over four years. During Ancelotti’s press conference, the journalist barely asked the question before Ancelotti confirmed that he would accept this contract.

” Walk. Walk. I walk, I don’t need to take a plane. It’s a joke… »

” The world changes. And he will change. This is no surprise to anyone. Jon Rahm is very good. I’m not a golf expert, but Jon Rahm seems to me to be the best of them all. »

He was also asked if they had come into contact with him.

“No, they didn’t call me and I live in the present. The present is very good. »

He was asked if he would consider moving to the Middle East if there was money involved.

“I have another idea that is not current. I never looked at money, because I grew up in a family where money was not important. And the truth is, I have money. One day I may feel good in Saudi Arabia, but for now I feel good here.”

After the surprise departure of Karim Benzema to Saudi Arabia, Europe’s elite have profited greatly from the Saudi transfer campaign, inflating prices and getting rid of players in order to improve their own finances.
