Appearing promising during preparation, Noha Lemina could continue the season under the orders of Luis Enrique.

Barely four months after the start of his loan in Italy, in the ranks of Sampdoria, Noha Lemina could return home. According to Le Parisien, the young 18-year-old midfielder would have asked to break the deal concluded this summer between the capital club and its Genoese counterpart. The reason ? Starving playing time in Serie B.

With the Samp first team in fact, Noha Lemina has only played part of a 15-minute match since his arrival, against Venice. An appearance which dates back to August 30. Since then, the person concerned has played with the Primavera (the U19s) eight times, scoring two goals against the reserves of Roma and Juve. Not enough to satisfy someone who had crossed the Alps to gain professional experience.

A new loan on the horizon?

Appearing to his advantage during the off-season and in particular during the Parisians’ Japanese training camp, Noha Lemina could be repatriated very quickly. But the Franco-Gabonese has little chance of playing more in Luis Enrique’s first team. A new de facto loan could be considered this winter – the regulations authorizing the same player to defend three different banners during a season.
