Strasbourg upsets Brest

In a late match of the 12th day of L1, Brest and Strasbourg shared the points this Thursday evening (1-1).

Postponed last November 6 due to damage from storm Ciaran on the Francis-Le Blé stadium, the match of the 12e lifting of L1 between SB29 and RCSA resulted in a parity score today (1-1).

If the Bretons struck first, before the break, through Le Douaron (44e), the Alsatians were able to come back into the game at the end of the match thanks to Emegha (80e).

The sharing of points does not suit either team since Brest, seventh, misses the opportunity to climb into the Top 5. Strasbourg for its part is established in 13e position but only two steps ahead of 16e and virtual dam operator, Lorient.
