The Olympique Lyonnais players will be dressed in an unusual jersey for the match in Marseille this Wednesday (9 p.m.).

Classified as high risk, the match between Olympique de Marseille and Olympique Lyonnais, rescheduled for this Wednesday evening (9 p.m.), will also give pride of place to the green rectangle and its little stories. In the camp of the Rhone club, the players should be dressed in a tunic which began to stir up the internet this Wednesday.

The Lyonnais will indeed wear a new Third jersey in multiple colors, far from the usual and classic shades of the club’s identity – white, red and blue.

This outfit was unveiled this week by OL equipment supplier, Adidas. It was made by the artist Simon Poter, renowned in street art and abstract art.

Some symbols of the city of Lyon are subtly represented on this very original jersey, such as the buildings of the Part-Dieu tower or the fangs of a lion.

It didn’t take much more to see fans of Olympique Lyonnais react on the various social networks, notably X (formerly Twitter). If this very flashy jersey is not unanimous, everyone hopes that it can bring luck to their protégés.
