Premier League leader, Arsenal snatched victory from Luton (3-4) in the 97th minute on a goal from Declan Rice on Tuesday evening for the 15th day. The Gunners are five points ahead of Liverpool.

Like last season, Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal will probably spend the end of year holidays at the top of the Premier League. For what outcome? It’s obviously much too early to predict! In any case, the Gunners achieved a huge coup by winning at Luton (3-4), Tuesday evening, in the last action of the game!

The leader has five and six points more than his pursuers Liverpool and Manchester City, who play respectively at Sheffield (the last) and Aston Villa (the 4th in the standings), Wednesday evening.

The scenario of the meeting was again crazy: Arsenal led 1-0 thanks to Gabriel Martinelli (20th), then 2-1 at half-time thanks to Gabriel Jesus (45th), before conceding two goals from the newly promoted signing Elijah Adebayo (49th) and Ross Barkley (57th)! Kai Havertz quickly reset the counters to zero (60th) and, although the visitors stumbled against the opposing defense, they ended up snatching victory at the end of added time on a header from Declan Rice (97th).

Arsenal will try to achieve a fifth success in a row at Aston Villa on Saturday. Luton, with this 10th victory in 15 matches, is first non-relegation and will have to contend with… Man City next weekend.
