Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has spoken about future Merengue defector Endrick.
Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti said during his latest media outing that he was keeping an eye on Palmeiras striker Endrick. He speaks highly of it, which suggests a great collaboration between the two men.
Ancelotti happy with Endrick’s progress
Endrick was recruited by Real and will join the Spanish capital in 2024. The Italian technician ensures that his progress in the Brazilian championship is scrutinized and that nothing escapes the vigilance of the Merengue staff. “We are observing it. We are delighted with him. We see that he is progressing very quickly and we are delighted that he can be with us next season,” he indicated.
The Merengue coach was also questioned about the January market. He was notably asked if he planned reinforcements during this period, due to the numerous defections due to injury. “It’s a completely different problem than injuries, he replied. The approach taken by the club over the summer has been fantastic and the results show it. The injury problem is a scheduling problem.”
Before today’s outing against Granada (15th day of the championship), Real Madrid are at the top of La Liga, tied with the Girona team. Bellingham and others are also qualified for the round of 16 of the Champions League with five victories in as many matches.
