On behalf of the international day against violence against women, Paris Saint-Germain players mobilized this Saturday, November 25 by wearing the jersey of the video campaign organized by the Women’s Foundation with the hashtag #NowOnAgit . An operation which is part of the continuity of the desire of the capital club to set up and support several large-scale social projects (Allez Les Filles for the development of sports practice for teenage girls from disadvantaged neighborhoods, Cantine Solidaire to combat student precariousness…), and particularly the FdF, with the aim of “support women and their children victims of domestic violence, forced to urgently leave their homes”as we can read in the PSG press release published this Saturday.

“We are aware of our responsibility, and of the role that Paris Saint-Germain has in this fight against violence against women, but also more generally in terms of equality, explains Michelle Gilbert, director of corporate communications for the reigning French champion. This is why all of the Paris Saint-Germain teams are mobilizing on a daily basis. The Paris Saint-Germain Foundation also serves this objective by promoting the empowerment and confidence of young girls and women through sport, notably with its “Allez Les Filles!” program. » which allows young girls to flourish and open up to new horizons through sports practice ». Through its Foundation and the numerous actions implemented or supported, Paris Saint-Germain is pursuing its ambitious social policy through sport.
