The nightmare continues for Paul Pogba. Not spared from injuries in recent months, the French international saw his career come to a new halt last September. Testing positive following an anti-doping test, the former Mancunian was subsequently suspended as a precautionary measure by the Anti-Doping Tribunal and removed from the Juventus Turin professional squad. He could even risk up to two years of suspension if the intentionality were to be revealed.

While the Old Lady is considering terminating her contract, doubt looms over the possibility of seeing the Frenchman again on a football field. In the meantime, the 30-year-old has not given up and continues to stay in shape to preserve his chances of returning to the pitch in the future. On this subject, those around him, like his representative Rafaela Pimenta, are confident. “Paul (Pogba editor’s note) is optimistic by nature. He works every day to be ready when the time comes. He was born ready”she assured, comments reported by the Corriere dello Sport.
