Two Paris Saint-Germain players would be in the sights of FC Barcelona for the next winter transfer window.

With the serious injury of young Gavi – victim of a complete rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee – FC Barcelona loses one of its strong links for the rest of this season. A big problem which adds to the numerous physical problems which affect the workforce of the Catalan club.

From Frenkie de Jong to Pedri, several important Barca midfielders have been affected by injuries in recent months. A situation which should encourage the Blaugrana to be active on the transfer market this winter so as not to lower their objectives.

Barça looks at the undesirables of PSG

According to information from the daily El Mundo Deportivo, two Paris Saint-Germain players would be in Barça’s sights for the next transfer window: Fabian Ruiz and Carlos Soler. The two Spain internationals have not been spared from criticism since their arrival in the capital, but they seem to be gaining momentum in recent weeks and are an integral part of Luis Enrique’s rotation.

Still, Barça could advance its pawns to try to attract these two versatile midfielders this winter. Case(s) to be continued…
