Based in Florida since his transfer to Inter Miami, Lionel Messi likes it in Florida and an architectural firm has designed a spectacular villa for him on a private island.

Should we have seen a sign there? Upon his arrival at PSG, Lionel Messi had been unable to find a house that suited him to buy. After several months of searching, the Messi couple, until then installed in a Parisian palace, finally had to settle for a villa to rent in Neuilly-sur-Seine. Housing concerns which had contributed to his difficult acclimatization in the capital. The former Barcelona player did not have this kind of problem when he arrived in Miami.

A few weeks were enough for the world champion to find a new home that suited him: a sumptuous mansion of 1,600 m2, 976 of which are habitable, located in one of the most chic neighborhoods of Fort-Lauderdale. A new home for which the Argentinian would not have hesitated to pay some 10 million euros.

But the Mansionisti architectural firm, specializing in prestigious residences, saw things much bigger for the Messis. Thanks to artificial intelligence, the agency has in fact imagined for the Messis an incredible palace on a private island in Miami with a view of the city. The house, of modern architecture, estimated this time at 130 million dollars, notably benefits from a spectacular swimming pool on the water’s edge as well as another indoor one, and several lounges with views.
