Romelu Lukaku finished as top scorer in Euro 2024 qualifying with an incredible tally of 14 goals in just eight matches.
The AS Roma striker found the net 14 times as Belgium topped Group F and qualified for the European Championship finals in Germany next year.
Lukaku scored his 14 goals in just 597 minutes of play, which translates to one goal every 43 minutes.
He scored a hat-trick in a 3-0 win over Sweden and completed a brace home and away against Estonia.
The former Inter player also scored in the 1-1 home draws against Sweden and Austria, and found the net in the 3-2 win over second-placed Austria.
The 30-year-old finished the qualifying campaign by scoring four goals in 45 minutes in Belgium’s 5-0 win over Azerbaijan.
Cristiano Ronaldo was the second top scorer in Euro 2024 qualifying with 10 goals for Portugal, and the 38-year-old shows no signs of slowing down in Group J.
Kylian Mbappé is the third top scorer in qualifying, with nine goals for France in Group B.
Harry Kane (eight goals for England), Rasmus Hojlund (seven goals for Denmark) and Scott McTominay (seven goals for Scotland) have also performed well in this campaign.
