The madness of Deschamps in his €5 million villa

Based in Cap d’Ail, a town neighboring Monaco, Didier Deschamps lives in a sumptuous villa with a magnificent view of the Mediterranean. And the French coach seems ready to do anything to have as little to go out…

Didier Deschamps was at home on Saturday for the match against Gibraltar. Nice, where the Mbappé gang entered the history of the French team by crushing Gibraltar (14-0), is only about twenty kilometers from Cap d’Ail, where the French coach resides since his Monegasque years.

The former midfielder certainly also makes regular stays in Concarneau, his wife’s town, but it is in his villa with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean that he spends most of his time since he is not at Clairefontaine or at the Federation. The Deschamps couple are, it is true, very well settled since the villa has a gym, a jacuzzi and a large swimming pool with obviously a “pool house”.

But to believe The Team, Didier Deschamps recently allowed himself a little splurge: the construction of a padel court, a sport to which he has become totally addicted, to the point of playing three or four weekly games which are added to his daily workout time. And if he regularly plays at the clubs of Beaulieu or Eze, the former Turin player therefore wanted his private track to indulge in his new passion.
