A very good start at PSG?

Having become persona non grata with the Rouge et Bleu, Hugo Etikite still pleases the Magpies.

PSG plays a large part of its European future next week against Newcastle. If a victory would likely send the French champions to the round of 16 of the Champions League, a poor performance would place them in a highly comfortable position.

But this meeting could be an opportunity for Parisian leaders to discuss transfers with their English counterparts. According to The Northern Echo, the Magpies still have their sights set on Hugo Etikite, already in their sights last summer.

The former Rémois has not played a single minute since the start of the season and is pushed out by the capital club. Limited by financial fair play, Newcastle wishes to agree with PSG on a loan with a purchase option. It therefore remains to be seen whether the Rouge et Bleus will be satisfied with this option.
