The day after the Blues’ big victory against Gibraltar, Kylian Mbappé preferred not to talk about his future at the club.
Major player in the record eveningFrench team; Kylian Mbappé scored a “double hat-trick” with three goals and three assists against Gibraltar. A performance which allows the Paris Saint-Germain striker to become the 3rd top scorer in the history of the Blues with 46 goals, and to score – already – the 300th goal of his career.
Mbappé ready to adapt
Asked by Téléfoot on his future in Blue, the native of Bondy declared that he wanted to continue to help his team, both through statistics and in the game and to constantly adapt. “I have teammates and coaches who always ask me for more. I am very happy that there is this requirement around me. I want to continue to progress and help my team as best as possible. Even the greatest have had to change things. I played with Leo (Messi), he changed his game, it wasn’t the same when he was at Barcelona. This is what allowed him to continue to win, to win a World Cup.”assured the 2018 world champion.

A future on hold
Seven months before the end of his contract with PSG, the 24-year-old player was of course asked about his future at the club, but he prefers not to discuss this subject for the moment. “It’s something I don’t want to talk about, especially since I already did it in June and it took up a big part of the selection. I really want to talk about the national team. We have very good results. I want people to talk about that rather than about me, about something that will be resolved one day. There will be time to talk about that”launched the captain of the Blues.
