The coach of AS Nancy-Lorraine was laid off by the Lorraine club, which will begin looking for a new technician.

Benoît Pedretti and AS Nancy-Lorraine, it’s over. The former midfielder was fired this Wednesday by the Lorraine club. “AS Nancy Lorraine today initiated proceedings against its coach Benoît Pedretti. From this morning, training will be provided by his deputies”indicates the ASNL in a press release.

Pedretti returned to the helm of the Chardons in January 2023, to try to keep the club in the National. The Lorraine club had been relegated sportingly, and even threatened with administrative demotion to National 3, but the setbacks of Sedan allowed the ASNL to be drafted.

Pedretti finally pays for the difficult start to the season for his team, which has won only 2 matches in 13 days and is in penultimate place in the standings.
