Five days after a heavy defeat at home, Tottenham experienced a cruel Saturday in Wolverhampton.

At the end of regulation time of this Wolverhampton-Tottenham, Spurs had regained the lead of the Premier League from Manchester City. Johnson’s nice goal, in the 3rd minute, was enough for the Londoners to take a two-point lead in the standings over Pep Guardiola’s guys.

Ange Postecoglu, nor anyone else, could have imagined for a moment losing this meeting of the 12th day. That’s what happened. The Tottenham coach (photo) broke down when he saw two former Ligue 1 players spoil his Saturday.

Sarabia (90th + 1) and Lemina (90th + 7) gave an improbable victory to the Wolves, 2-1, and inflicted a second defeat in a row on Tottenham.

Five days ago, Chelsea won 4-1 at Spurs with there also two goals scored in added time of the second half.
