Le Havre should register a new recruit. Ghanaian André Ayew is expected on Saturday evening in Normandy before the match against AS Monaco.

A little experience won’t hurt Le Havre. The promoted Norman is preparing to welcome André Ayew, according to several sources this Saturday (Foot Mercato, RMC Sport…).

Almost 34 years old, the Ghanaian international has been free since his departure from Nottingham Forest (Premier League) where he signed last February.

If the deal is concluded, the quarter-finalist of the 2010 World Cup could be presented this Saturday evening during the Le Havre-AS Monaco match (12th day of Ligue 1).

André Ayew would then make his return to the French Championship, eight years after leaving it. At the time, he wore the OM jersey. A special club for the left-handed.

He and Jordan’s brother are the sons of Abedi “Pelé” Ayew, winner of the 1993 Champions League with OM.
