The favorites for the Europa League matches won the vast majority on Thursday evening, for the 4th day.

While Toulouse, Rennes and Olympique de Marseille won respectively against Liverpool (3-2), Panathinaikos (3-1) and AEK Athens (0-2), other teams were out Thursday evening, on the occasion of the fourth day of the Europa League. A little earlier in the evening, the only outing of a supposed favorite came from Prague where Slavia won against AS Roma (2-0).

For its part, Real Betis, which hosted Aris Limassol, did not go into detail (4-1). Note that Nabil Fekir had the opportunity to score, but missed his penalty (76th). On the other hand, he offered an assist on his team’s third goal. For its part, West Ham took a very small (but important) revenge on Olympiakos. Beaten in Greece a fortnight ago (2-1), the Hammers won at home thanks to the only goal from Lucas Paqueta (1-0).

In the other evening matches, Sporting beat Rakow (2-1), Glasgow Rangers took the upper hand at home over Sparta Prague (2-1). Also noteworthy, the small victory of Atalanta Bergamo over Sturm Graz (1-0).
