Harry Kane is still looking for a permanent home after leaving Tottenham for Bayern Munich, but Thomas Tuchel won’t be helping him in his search.
Kane dealt with a huge £1million hotel bill in Munich after joining Bayern, but he’s no closer to getting help from Tuchel when it comes to finding a new home for the family. The Bayern coach was asked if he was ready to help his striker find a home, but he said it was not his job.
“ Harry has four children and a few nannies, that’s not my category.”he joked at a press conference ahead of Bayern’s Champions League match against Galatasaray.
Tuchel, however, praised Kane for his record-breaking start to his Bayern career, having seen the England captain score 15 goals in his first 10 Bundesliga matches.
“ We can only congratulate him. It was Harry’s first change of club. He left the UK to go to a new league and make a fresh start” , he added. “ There are a lot of uncertainties when changing clubs, but when you see him, his personality and the way he plays with love and trains, it’s just exceptional. »
Kane may not have a permanent home in Munich yet, but he seems completely at home with the Bavarian giants. If he continues to score goals with Bayern, he may have to leave his hotel soon. His teammate Thomas Müller once joked that there would be no more room in his hotel if he kept bringing match balls home, after his hat-trick in Der Klassiker.
