Man City and Leipzig already qualified

There isn’t much suspense in Group G of the Champions League.

Manchester City and Leipzig are the first to qualify for the knockout stages of the Champions League.

The Skyblues continued their success by scoring a fourth success in four days, against Young Boys Berne (4-0). The scorers of the day are Erling Haaland, author of a double (23rd sp, 51st) and Phil Foden (45th + 1).

At the same time, the RBL won on the pitch of Red Star Belgrade (1-2) thanks to goals from two former Ligue 1 players, Xavi Simons (8th) and Loïs Openda (77th), against an own goal from Benjamin Henrichs (81st).

With 12 points, Man City is ahead of Leipzig (9 pts), and these two teams will compete for first place, including a duel in England on the next day. With one point each, Red Star and Young Boys can only aim for third place.
