After Manchester United’s narrow victory at Fulham (1-0), the 11th day of the Premier League continued this Saturday. Neighbor Manchester City hosted Bournemouth (17th) and had to win in order to temporarily regain its leadership position and put pressure on Tottenham, who will face Chelsea on Monday. And the Cityzens won and owe their victory to one man: Jérémy Doku. The Belgian was involved in five of the six winning goals and was the major player in his team’s victory, temporarily leading the Premier League. And despite the defeat, Bournemouth could stay out of the relegation zone after today.
