With almost 467.80 million euros spent this summer and despite record sales of 269.40 million euros, Chelsea have once again established themselves as one of the biggest spending clubs in the transfer window. Precisely with this in mind, Mauricio Pochettino made a strong request to his management explains the Telegraph.
