Montpellier smiles again

The MHSC clearly dominated the TFC this Sunday during the 10th day of L1 (3-0). Le Havre and Metz parted back to back (0-0).

Undermined by the interruption of its match won against Clermont – a match to be replayed which earned the Pailladins a penalty point – a setback in Nantes and an incredible altercation this week between Michel Der Zakarian and Mamadou Sakho, the MHSC resumed colors this Sunday.

At home in front of a TFC freshly beaten by Liverpool in the Europa League, Montpellier won largely (3-0), with a double from Adams (13e72e) and a goal from Fayad (63e), on behalf of the 10e act of the season. A success which earned them a place up to 10e ranking level.

Toulouse for its part retrogrades to 12e rank, just ahead of Le Havre, which was neutralized in Metz with a goalless draw (0-0). The Garnets thus remain confined to the 16e place – that of the roadblock operator. At a point in Strasbourg which goes to Rennes at the end of the afternoon.
