The Norwegian scored twice to extinguish Manchester United in the Mancunian derby this Sunday.

Manchester City, 2nd before the start of the weekend, went to Old Trafford to challenge the Red Devils who are doing better after a very mixed start. The latter thus remained on 2 victories in a row in the Championship, as well as a narrow success against Copenhagen in the Champions League (1-0) before crossing swords with their intimate enemies. But the hierarchy was respected and it was the blue half of Manchester which won this Sunday evening.

This blue half has been able to count, again and again, on a man. Or rather, on the one that some consider to be only half human. “Cyborg” Erling Haaland has struck again. And he did it twice.

First from the penalty spot in the 24th minute. Hojlund having held Rodri at the edge of the area. Haaland gained momentum and crossed his shot with his left foot, low to the ground. 1-0. The former Molde player struck again at the start of the second half. Grealish split perfectly with Bernardo Silva on the left. The Portuguese crossed. At the far post, the robot victoriously recovered.

2-0, then the score increased when Rodri tried his luck from afar. Onana pushed the leather to her left. Haaland was there to recover, quickly giving to Foden, who finished from close range to seal the fate of the match. 3-0, final score. Manchester is blue.
