The Manchester City manager made very complimentary remarks about one of his future opponents.
This Sunday, Manchester City will travel to Old Trafford to challenge their rival, Manchester United, in a match that is always highly anticipated in the Premier League. Although the two Mancunian clubs have not been swimming in the same waters for several years, Pep Guardiola always approaches this match with the greatest vigilance.
The reigning champion will cross paths with André Onana. Arriving at United from Inter Milan last summer, the Cameroonian international goalkeeper was not spared from criticism before putting out an XXL performance this week in the Champions League against Copenhagen (1-0).

A very fair statement from Pep Guardiola, who has certainly not forgotten the role played by Onana in Inter Milan’s epic journey to the Champions League final last season.
