This summer, Neymar left Paris Saint-Germain after 6 seasons to join Al-Hilal in Saudi Arabia. Consequently, the owner of the house that the player rented in Bougival re-rented the property… at a high price.

Neymar ended his Ile-de-France odyssey last summer. The Auriverde star left the Parisian team to sign with Al-Hilal, in Saudi Arabia. After 118 goals in 173 matches in the PSG jersey, a page has turned with the departure of Neymar, who arrived in Paris in 2017.

According to an indiscretion issued by Sportune, Neymar, who moved to Bougival, in his Parisian home in 2017, paid 14,000 euros in rent each month. For the future rental of this house, the price is 20,000 euros monthly. But the costs don’t stop there. In addition to the monthly rent, a security deposit of 40,000 euros is required as well as 2,340 euros for the inventory and 9,360 euros in fees, still according to the same source.

The Neymar effect

This home, located in Yvelines (78) is spread over 780 m² on a plot of 5,036 m² and is spread over 5 floors. It has 14 rooms including 9 bedrooms. There are also 4 shower rooms, 2 bathrooms, and 8 toilets. There is also a heated swimming pool, a home cinema, a wine cellar and a gym.

As a reminder, Neymar’s season is already over. The former Barça player suffered a cruciate ligament rupture during the last meeting with Brazil and will undergo an operation in the coming days.
