Having gone into exile in Saudi Arabia this summer, Sadio Mané is reportedly on the verge of buying a French club.
This is unexpected news to say the least. According to information from Berry Républicain, Sadio Mané is preparing to become the owner of Bourges Foot 18, currently a resident of National 2.
“President Cheikh Sylla should quickly convene an extraordinary general meeting to present his resignation from the presidency of the association. All this to prepare the creation of a SASP (Professional Sports Limited Company) of which Sadio Mané will be the boss and Cheikh Sylla the future president”explains the regional daily.
The takeover of Bourges Foot 18 by Sadio Mané was to be formalized this Wednesday during a press conference organized in the presence of the mayor of Bourges, Yann Galut, and the president of the club, Cheikh Sylla.
