Jostled by a good Galatasaray team, Bayern Munich made the difference at the end of the match to win in Istanbul (1-3).
Bayern Munich continued its flawless run in the Champions League by winning this Tuesday at Galatasaray (1-3).
The Bavarians started the match perfectly, opening their score on their first opportunity through Kingsley Coman (8th). But subsequently, they were pushed around for more than an hour by very enterprising Turks (20 shots). Mauro Icardi, scorer from the penalty spot (30th), and author of his 15th goal in 14 matches, rewarded the efforts of his team. But the Istanbulites then lacked success against the goal, and they were punished at the end of the match, by Harry Kane (73rd) and Jamal Musiala (79th).
With nine points out of nine possible, Thomas Tuchel’s Bayern takes the lead in its group. Winner in Manchester the previous day, Galatasaray still occupies second place.
