The Paris Saint-Germain summer transfer window was more than eventful. With the notable arrivals of Manuel Ugarte, Ousmane Dembélé, Gonçalo Ramos, Bradley Barcola and even Milan Skriniar and Lucas Hernandez, no less than twelve new faces have joined the ranks of the Parisian club. In terms of departures, Luis Campos and the Parisian management sent 17 players away this summer. A transfer window which will have moved in all directions and which should continue on the same path for this winter.

Indeed, with the injuries of certain players like Presnel Kimpembe, Kang-in Lee, Marco Asensio or in particular Nuno Mendes, Paris Saint-Germain would like to recruit in several positions, according to the latest information from Parisian. The first is precisely that of left back, where Lucas Hernandez is doing well, but who was initially recruited to play in central defense. The arrival of a full-back in the form of a loan with an option to purchase is being studied, while the return of Presnel Kimpembe, who must be back in collective training by November, is expected by Luis Enrique .

PSG wants to complete departures to recruit

Then, PSG would like to strengthen the midfield. Luis Enrique would not be completely satisfied and would recognize “a certain lack of competition and creativity”. But for that, people would have to leave. The main candidate for departure is Carlos Soler, still lacking in play, despite the arrival of the Spanish technician. A return to his club Valencia has been mentioned, although his current salary would pose a problem for Murcièlagos. But in the Premier League, Brighton and Aston Villa are said to be interested in him.

The departures of Hugo Ekitike, but also of Layvin Kurzawa are also a solution. These three departures would allow Paris to relieve its payroll and be able to do something during the next winter transfer window. As a reminder, during the last winter transfer window 2022, Paris Saint-Germain failed to bring in Malcom, the 26-year-old Brazilian winger, then Hakim Ziyech (30 years old), whose transfer was aborted in the last moments for reasons administrative reasons.
