As a continuation of the search of the headquarters of the Technical Committee of Referees (CTA), the president of FC Barcelona was indicted and indicted by Spanish judge Joaquin Aguirre, in charge of the investigation into the Negreira affair and the payments from the Catalan club to the former vice-president of the CTA, for suspicion of corruption, like two of his predecessors, Josep Maria Bartomeu and Sandro Rosell, during his first mandates between 2003 and 2010. “Knowing the history of this judge (Joaquin Aguirre), we were warned by our defense that we could be investigated, but since there is no crime of corruption or that there is no there is no continuous crime, it cannot prosper. In addition, most of the parties have already appealed… Barça supporters can be reassured, and as a jurist, I remain calm and convinced that it will be archived., said the Iberian.
