Verratti, a big comeback envisaged

Ex-Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Marco Verratti has made a big announcement about his future.

Almost a month after his departure from Paris Saint-Germain for Al-Arabi, on September 13, Marco Verratti (30 years old) is already planning his return to the Old Continent.

As part of an interview for the transalpine media Rete8, the Italian international announced that he wanted to return to his training club, Delfino Pescara 1936, before ending his professional career. Note that the “ Little Owl » is linked to the Qatar Stars League club until June 2025.

“I think that before I retire I will play in Pescara again, said Verratti. I will do it for my friends and family. At the moment, I always watch the matches of the white and blue team on television”said the winner of Euro 2020 with Italy.
