If he has, for the moment, only played three small matches with Paris Saint-Germain, the 22-year-old Parisian summer recruit is a hit with his South Korea selection. Earlier, the Parisian attacking midfielder won the Asian Games, before being the major architect of his team’s great success against Tunisia (4-0). During a final friendly rehearsal against Vietnam before starting qualifying for the 2026 World Cup, Kang-in Lee was once again decisive with the Asian Tigers.

Author of an assist for Kim Min-Jae’s opener following a well-taken corner, the 22-year-old left-hander then scored a very good goal, with a beautiful curling shot during the victory against Vietnam (6-0). Hee-Chan Hwang and Heung-Min Son also participated in the great success of the Koreans. Flying with his country, the former Mallorca attacking midfielder will inevitably be expected for his return with Paris Saint-Germain after the international break.
