Jérôme Boateng is very close to making his return to Bavaria. Indeed, the former central defender of Olympique Lyonnais could return to his former club Bayern Munich while the now 35-year-old player was seen training with the Bavarian team. News which quickly made the rounds on social networks knowing that the German international (76 caps) trained with another returnee, Manuel Neuer, the iconic goalkeeper of the Rekordmeister over the last ten years.
Jérôme Boateng, dressed in a Bayern Munich tracksuit, took part in today’s training session for his former club, also accompanied by former Paris Saint-Germain player, Eric-Maxim Choupo-Moting. As a reminder, the German defender is still without a club since his departure from OL. If the transalpine press recalled that AS Roma was very interested in the profile of the former Rhodanian, it is therefore indeed Bayern Munich which holds the rope to sign the native of Berlin.
