Coach of AS Monaco for a year and a half, Philippe Clement has been without a club since this summer. He has just found one since he signed with Glasgow Rangers.

In difficulty in the championship, Glasgow Rangers have decided to blow a fuse. And as almost always, it was the coach who toasted. Fired at the beginning of October, Michael Beale left an empty bench, which finally found an official buyer this Sunday. Without a club since his departure from AS Monaco this summer, Philippe Clement took over from his English predecessor. He signed until June 2027.

Dismissed by Monaco last June, the forty-nine-year-old Belgian therefore faces a new challenge since the Rangers, although second in the standings in Scotland, are already seven units behind their eternal rival Celtic Glasgow, current leader after eight days. The challenge is therefore ready to be taken up by the man who won three consecutive Belgian championship titles when he was coach of Genk.
