“This is the sixth edition of this rather special day for students,” explains Fabien Allègre, Deputy Director of the PSG Foundation and Endowment Fund. It was born from the observation that the student population is suffering, and even more so today. Many students are in a seriously precarious situation, with 23% of students living below the poverty line. (…) We thought about how to help them at our level. Young people in our Foundation are the basis of our program. It’s all about helping children and young adults in difficulty.” Co-founder of StudHelp, Anas Ezhouri, also spoke about this partnership: “the Foundation quickly placed its trust in us. It worked well from the start and continues to this day. We welcome on average 250 students on these types of days, with activities, high-level athletes and introducing students to the Parc des Princes.” With three editions per year dedicated to the Solidarity Canteen, the PSG Foundation wishes to support students throughout the year with distributions, thrift stores or even the establishment of student fairs to support graduates at the end of their studies in their professional integration.
