Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has been awarded an honorary degree by the University of Parma. Taking advantage of the international break, “Carletto” returned to Italy this week to receive this honor. He took this opportunity to detail his method and the way he manages stars since that is what makes his reputation.

“Being a coach is above all knowing how to listen to others, your colleagues and your players, then make your own decisions,” he explained. It’s a passion that I had at the age of 15 and that I still have today”.
“You can’t teach Diego Maradona to dribble better. It’s genetic, continued the quadruple European champion coach. What we can do with talented players is help them remember the importance of selflessness. This is what differentiates a great player from a champion.”
